Submission of this form does not indicate our ability to drive to your location. We will verify your request and get back to you with an invoice if we are able to schedule a driver. Please note:

• Pick up and delivery may be performed by an employee or by a 3rd party contractor for MuTechy LLC.
• Basic pick up and delivery is available within a 5 mile range. Long-range drivers are available beyond this range at an increased rate.
• Pick up and delivery is available at residential addresses only. If you are a business with a public building and require on-site business repairs, ask us about our business services instead.
• During pick up or delivery, your driver can assist in hooking up your computer or disconnecting it, but can not perform repairs or diagnostics while there.
• Drivers are not allowed to squeeze behind, between, or underneath furniture. Please insure all required connections are easily accessible.
• Drivers can not enter a separate floor for any reason, this includes a second floor, a basement, or an attic.
• Please request an in-home install or uninstall if you require assistance with any tasks your delivery driver can not perform.

Safety and privacy acknowledgements

• All drivers wear "always online" body cameras. Footage is kept private and secure for 24 hours under normal circumstances. This can be extended indefinitely in the event we need to review the footage for any reason. This is for your safety as well as our drivers.
• All pets must be secured before a driver is able to make a delivery or pick up.
• Please provide a clear path to the item or drop off location.

Payment and refunds

• You may request a refund at any point before your driver is dispatched. You will receive a full refund minus any card processing fees and taxes. 

Tipping

• After taxes and processing fees, 100% of your delivery charge is paid to your driver.
• Tipping is not expected, but is welcome if you wish to show gratitude to your driver. Please only tip as you see fit.
