By agreeing to this policy and allowing any member of MuTechy LLC to connect to my device, I understand and accept all of the following terms:
- I agree to allow MuTechy LLC and members of MuTechy LLC complete and total administrative control of my computer during the time that remote administration application, such as but limited to, AnyDesk, is installed.
- I agree to allow MuTechy to record my device’s video and audio during the time that any member of MuTechy LLC is remotely connected to my device.
- I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to secure the settings of any remote administration application, such as but not limited to AnyDesk, installed on my computer by MuTechy or myself.
- I agree that MuTechy LLC or any members of MuTechy LLC are not responsible for any damages or harm caused by 3rd parties not related to MuTechy LLC accessing my device through remote administration applications installed by MuTechy LCC, any members of MuTechy LLC, or myself.
- I agree that all payments sent to MuTechy LLC for remote administration are non-refundable.
MuTechy LLC and all members of MuTechy LLC agree to uphold the following to protect your privacy:
- No member of MuTechy LLC will ask for or retrieve against your will: a permanent password required to connect to your device without your confirmation, or enable a password to connect to your device without your confirmation.
- No member of MuTechy LLC will install, without your permission, any program that will allow remote control of your device without your confirmation.
- No member of MuTechy LLC will intentionally request access to your computer, whether or not the request results in successful access or not, without your permission. In the event of accidental access request, MuTechy LLC will attempt to notify you of the accident and resulting consequences. If we are unable to find, or do not have your contact info available, the incident will be placed on record for 60 days.
- MuTechy LLC will not indulge any address or key needed to access your device to any person not related to MuTechy LLC for any reason.
